Allow your mind to relax and clear naturally, if it wanders allow it to but keep bringing it back to your thoughts of chastity and try to make note of where your thoughts wander to.

Don’t punish yourself for getting off task just simply correct yourself and clear your mind, this is the process I am teaching you- The art of focus, relaxation and devotion.

There is no excuse for not having at least 5 minute to do this, longer is better and you may find that being more comfortable makes it easier to focus. Being distracted is no excuse either for that is the whole point for this exercise- clearing your mind of distractions and focusing it.
