You’re looking to shed some weight or maybe tighten up your exercise routine- A Fitdomme routine is a great way to motivate yourself. You have accountability, D/s protocol, dieting and work out programs (the latter if you so choose, I personally lost 65 pounds with the help of diet changes alone. I believe that altering your diet alone can have huge impacts on your overall health but exercise is part of the big picture of overall health and weight loss.)

As a weight loss dominatrix, I help you stick to weight loss goals with punishments and rewards that fit your needs and we can do all of this online or in person. I can also aid your weight loss with hypnosis.

The beginning of your weight loss domination program starts with a consultation: We set out goals, targets, expectations, rewards, punishments, etc. You will be expected to do the heavy lifting on your own weight loss, this is what is best for you and your well being. During the consult we will also talk about any other wellness concerns you may have and I may make recommendations based on the information you give me. Be prepared to start taking care of your body as it should have been taken care of. With my guidance, you’ll be in better shape and better health in no time.
